Everything was simply beautiful. We appreciated the hotel, its marvellous location and exceptionally nice staff. The room was updated and neat with a pleasant view.

The quadruple room we stayed in was nice modern and updated with all amenities.

The venue was absolutely great, I loved the location not far from the old center, and trains and buses to naples pompei & positano, and garden views.

The property was in the centre of the city. Tried some takeout specials at Da Lucariello, luckily it was relatively near the venue...

We stayed in a huge room that had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The staff were amicable and amazingly nice, they made our stay really great. Our quadruple room was equipped with earplugs, a high standard fresh towels and comfy beds. The decor was Italian. In general the service was amazing.

great location & modern room with comfortable bed, big shower. Host Pepe was excellent & extremely helpful, organizing trips & recommending places to visit. Rooms were spotless & cleaned daily. Highly recommended!

Noisy corridors.

i asked for a quadruple room and the one given was tidy and updated. the views of the mountains were pleasant, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice pool, parking onsite. Amiable staff and management.

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and the main town centre. The staff, especially Giuseppe, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in the stay.

Nothing more could have been expected from this hotel.

Staff were incredibly nice and the hotel was lovely, it had magnificent location close to historic center. Location: the property was close enough to catch a boat to one of the local islands/towns, the many shops, bars and restaurants, and bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarket. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to Da Lucariello to relax and grab some food.

The staff are efficient and excellent, we greatly enjoyed them. Plus, the location is ideal, minutes from a historic valley. It's in the safe area just off the train station and the center and the old city which is another bonus.

During my Thanksgiving holiday, there were some things I enjoyed about this hotel. First, the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Second, the hotel was located in a key area of the city, which made it easy to get around and explore. Finally, the hotel had a beautiful view of the city from its terrace.

First, the noise level was incredibly high at all times of the day and night. the room was not well taken care of, with burnt-out light bulbs and stained carpets.

Absolutely great hotel, the stay was really enjoyable, good location to the centre of Sorrento. I loved neat room with garden views😃🙂

Had REALLY LOVELY stay for our short vacation. It had good location close to Teatro Tasso. Visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel was easy.

Even though everything was beautiful, some of the staff were extremely rude.
